The Herring Industry Board is empowered to make charges according to the following schemes: (a) the Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1967, and; (b) the Fishing Vessels (Acquisition and Improvement) (Grants) Scheme 1976.
