The Regulations provide that a licence is required to be able to undertake recreational pot fishing for crab and lobster. They stipulate the restrictions and limitations imposed where a recreational fishing licence is held for the purposes of taking crab or lobster. A holder of a recreational licence for the taking of crab and lobster must adhere to the conditions and limitations set out in these Regulations.
