Fish shall not be landed or transhipped within an Irish port in contravention of Articles 4, 5, 7 or 8 Council Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008 as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 86/2010. The Community legislation also imposes certain notification of landing requirements. The Regulations also concern import and export of fish and emergency measures regarding importation of fish products.
