Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of Community legislation in relation with (illegal) landing or transhipment in a port of Ireland of fishery products with the meaning of the implemented fishery legislation. Fish shall not be landed or transhipped within an Irish port in contravention of Articles 4, 5, 7 or 8 Council Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008 as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 86/2010. The Community legislation also imposes certain notification of landing requirements. The Regulations also concern import and export of fish and emergency measures regarding importation of fish products.
