Abstract

This Law makes various minor amendments of the Sea Fisheries (Jersey) Law 1994: in the Long Title after the words “licensing of fishing boats,” there shall be inserted the words “for controls on the possession and sale of sea fish,”; in article 1 and 2 in relation with the power of the Minister to make Orders for the management and conservation of fish resources; in article 11 by substituting for the words “such exemption” the words “any such exemption”; in article 16 be replacing the words "boat" with the word "vessel"; and by repealing article 30(2)(b).
