Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Department Commerce and Employment under section 5 of the Sea Fish Licensing (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2003, prescribe the fee payable in Guernsey in respect of a licence authorising fishing for sea fish within Bailiwick fishery limits. The fee is not payable where the licence applied for authorises fishing only within the territorial seas adjacent to Guernsey, Alderney and/or Sark.
