The sections that shall apply are: (a) section 1 (size limits, etc. for fish); (b) section 3 (regulation of nets and other fishing gear); (c) section 4 (licensing of fishing boats); (d) section 5 (power to restrict fishing for sea fish); (e) section 9 (exemptions for operations for scientific and other purposes); (f) section 11 (penalties for offences); (g) section 14 (jurisdiction of court to try offences); and (h) section 15 (powers of British sea-fishery officers for enforcement of Act). Part II of the Schedule specifies the exceptions, adaptations and modifications of these sections that apply to Jersey.
