Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 11 of the Sea Birds and Seals Protection Act, prohibit at any place in South Sfrica, except areas mentioned in section 3 of the Act, the shooting or pursuing or wilfully disturbing, killing or capturing of seals, except in performance of duties assigned under the Act or under authority of, and subject to conditions of, an exemption granted by or under the Act, or of a permit.
