Abstract

This Order amends the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc.) Order 1999 in relation to the British Wool Marketing Board. It provides that paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to that Order applies to functions of a Minister of the Crown to make an order revoking, or an order approving an amendment or consolidation of, the British Wool Marketing Scheme under the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (c.47).
