The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce efficiently the Schleswig-Holstein Fishing Law of 10 February 1996. The text consists of 14 articles as follows: Fishing book, provision of information (1); Data processing (2); Fostering plans (3); Issue of fishing licence (4); Exemption to fishing licence, non-commercial fishing permit (5); Fishing exam (6); Fishing permit certification (7); Exemption from exam of fishing licenses (8); Fishing charge (9); Common fisheries (10); Use of special baits (11); Penalties (12); Annexes (13); Entry into force; expiry (14). One Annex is enclosed.
