The present Regulations enter into force on 1 September 2003.
Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Dairy Industry Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the transport of dairy products setting forth standards for the hygiene of transport vehicles. The text consists of 20 sections.
