In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the correct labelling of dairy products. For the purpose of the present Regulations “Commission” means the Nova Scotia Dairy Commission. Section 25 establishes that all milk or fluid milk containers offered for sale in Nova Scotia shall be labelled with a registered brand name of a distributor licensed by the Commission, and shall not display any other brand name.
