Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to waste management in Saxony. The specific purpose of the Law is to reduce the amount of waste, and to ensure an environment-friendly waste disposal management, as well as to protect the soil from harmful effect. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Waste management (I); Protection of the soil (II); Common provisions (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
