April 2006 (BGBl. I p. 945), Provisional Tobacco Act in the version of 9 September 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2296, and Consumer Information Act of 5 November 2007 (BGBl. I p. 2558). The Law specifies in detail all competent authorities and local offices responsible, inter alia, for the enactment of the aforementioned Acts. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Food control authorities, competences (1); Monitoring staff, private experts (2); Tobacco and tobacco products (3); Information on the Consumer Information Act (3a); Final provisions (4).
