Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the prevention of serious damage to fisheries caused by cormorants and on protection of local fauna. Article 1 establishes that cormorants may be killed to prevent serious damage to fisheries and regional wildlife. The text consists of 8 articles.
