Abstract

These regulations shall apply to sausages and other prepared meat which are locally prepared. No person shall prepare such products except in a factory which has been previously licensed by the Superintendent of Public Health. Regulation 6 concerns the quality and type of meat which must be used. In particular, the skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, entrails and all such other parts of an animal shall be deemed to be unfit for such use.
