The present Regulations enter into force on 1 November 1992.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Sask Energy Act. In particular the Regulations lay down provisions relating to conditions of service and payments in lieu of taxes. The text consists of 13 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Conditions of service (II); Payments in lieu of taxes (III). One Appendix is enclosed.
