Abstract The present Act lays down provisions relating to the continuation of the Saskatchewan Water Corporation and to works and the provision of services respecting water and sewage. The Corporation may construct, acquire, manage or operate works or services associated with the provision of water or sewage disposal. The Corporation is charged with a broad range of water-related responsibilities, which include the management, development, control and protection of water, watersheds and related land resources in the province.
