Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order provides for the fixing, imposing and collecting of levies from certain turkety dealers and producers in Saskatchewan. Section 3 fixes the levy that every person who is engaged in the production of turkey shall pay to the Saskatchewan Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board. The text consists of 4 sections
