Abstract The present Regulations enact the Animal Products Act, 1978. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the granting of licences for the production and sale poultry. Section 3 establishes that no person shall, unless he is the holder of a valid and subsisting licence issued under these Regulations, operate or carry on business in Saskatchewan as: a) a custom poultry processing station; b) a processed poultry wholesaler; c) a registered poultry station.
