The present Regulation enters into force on 8 April 2010.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the The Agri-Food Act, 2004. The purpose of the plan is to develop the mustard industry in Saskatchewan. The text consists of 38 sections divided into 8 chapters as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Plan (II); Commission (III); Registration (IV); Levies (V); Commission orders (VI); Elections (VII); Repeal, transitional and coming into force (VIII).
