Abstract The present Act provides for the reorganization of the Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation which was a provincial Crown corporation established in 1974 by the Government to manage the government's interests in exploration and mining in the province. It was active in the exploration for Uranium, Gold, and Diamonds. The present Act establishes the terms for merging the assets of SMDC with those of Eldorado Nuclear Limited to form Cameco Corporation. The text consists of 9 sections.
