The Order grants to the Milk Control Board Saskatchewan the power to regulate the marketing of milk in interprovincial trade. For the purposes of regulating such trade, the Board has the power to fix and impose levies or charges on milk or any component of milk, collect those levies or charges and use them for the purposes of the Board.
