Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order grants the authority to the SPI Marketing Group (Agency) to regulate the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade of hogs produced in Saskatchewan. Furthermore, the afore-mentioned Agency is authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collection levies or charges from persons who are engaged in the production of marketing of hogs in Saskatchewan.
