Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations concern the licensing in interprovincial and export trade of persons engaged in the marketing of hogs produced in Saskatchewan. Sections 4 to 7 are dedicated respectively to licensing, fees and financial requirements and requirements for assembly yards.
