Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. These Regulations apply only to the marketing of hogs in interprovincial and export trade and to persons and property situated in the Province of Saskatchewan. Section 4 establishes that every person engaged in the marketing of hogs shall: a) keep complete and accurate books and records of all matters relating to such marketing and retain those books and records for at least three years; b) upon request of any member or authorized representative of the Commission, produce the books and records referred to in paragraph a).
