Abstract The present Act provides for the establishment of the Saskatchewan Heritage Foundation. The corporation may: a) purchase, lease or acquire any heritage property; b) develop, maintain, manage or operate any heritage property; c) exhibit or display, within or outside Saskatchewan, any heritage property; d) sell, lease, exchange or otherwise dispose of any heritage property; e) undertake, support or sponsor educational or research programmes relating to heritage property or heritage initiatives; f) provide professional and technical services, g) provide financial assistance.
