The Order grants to the Flax Development Commission the authority to regulate the marketing of flaxs in inter-provincial and export trade. Under section 3 the Commission is empowered to fix, impose and collect levies or charges from persons within Saskatchewan who are engaged in the production or marketing of flx; and to use levies or charges for its own purposes.
