Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. In particular, the Regulations establish the 2011 Saskatchewan Feed and Forage Programme. The purpose of the programme is to provide financial assistance, inter alia, to producers who experienced a shortage of winter feed for eligible livestock, as defined in section 6, as a result of the negative effect excess moisture had on 2011 forage production. The text consists of 26 sections divided into 5 Parts.
