The Order grants to the Saskatchewan Commercial Egg Producers’ Marketing Board to regulate the marketing of eggs in interprovincial and export trade. Furthermore, the afore-mentioned Board is authorized to fix, impose and collect levies or charges from persons who are engaged in the marketing of eggs and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose.
