Abstract

The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. Section 3 establishes that every producer shall pay to the Saskatchewan Commercial Egg Producers’ Marketing Board , in addition to service charges set forth under the Saskatchewan Commercial Egg Producers’ Marketing Plan, levies at the rate as set out in this section. The text consists of 3 sections.
