Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to crop insurance including terms and conditions of crop insurance, losses to be provided for, designating crops as insurable crops, designating perils and determining coverage and values, pre-harvest inspection.
