Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the The Agri-Food Act, 2004. The purpose of the plan is to develop the canola industry in Saskatchewan. The text consists of 37 articles divided into 8 chapters as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Plan (II); Commission (III); Registration (IV); Levies (V); Commission orders (VI); Elections (VII); Repeal and coming into force (VIII).
