Abstract

The present Order provides for the fixing, imposing and collecting of levies from certain persons who are engaged in the production and marketing of Canola in Saskatchewan. In particular, every producer shall pay to the Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission a certain levy per metric tonne of canola or portion of one marketed by that producer in interprovincial and export trade.
