The Order grants to the Commodity Board and the Supervisory Board to regulate the marketing of canaryseed in interprovincial and export trade. Furthermore, the afore-mentioned Boards are authorized to fix, impose and collect levies or charges from persons within Saskatchewan who are engaged in the production or marketing of canaryseed and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose.
