They shall not be applicable to the enterprises manufacturing infant food and special dietary uses foodstuffs. Fish processing enterprises must have refrigerator or storage facilities maintaining temperature set for a given type of fish products. In case of the absence at the premises of the water flow there must be equipment ensuring removal of flow. Packaging must comply with the established standards. The use of dirty or mildewed packages shall be prohibited. In case of the use of imported food additives they must be certified either by the producer or by the national sanitary authority. The imported food additives must be stored in the original packages and re-packaging shall be prohibited. In the process of unloading fish must be protected against contamination and mechanical damage. Crushed ice shall be used for the preparation of cooled fish. Joint storage in one storage facility of different inter-acting fish products effecting quality thereof and packages shall be prohibited. Full text Russian Website www.dalryba.ru
