Abstract

This Regulation shall be applicable for assessment of sanitary and hygienic state of waterbodies in the course of registration testing of agricultural pesticides. The purpose of assessment is to detect possible negative impact of pesticides of potable water quality in the sources of water supply. The purpose of control shall be to evaluate conditions and regularities of the propagation of pesticides in the course of registration testing thereof and establishment of possible pollution of surface water and groundwater thereby and assessment of real danger for water uses by the population. Hygienic assessment of waterbodies shall be carried out in accordance with specific programme elaborated for each singular case.
