It contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed, such as "usufructuary right", "regulation document", "right of pasture", etc. The principle laid down in the Law is that afforestation can take place only if duly authorized. Relating supplementary rules and regulations are dealt with in Part II; Part III deals with redemption of usufructuary rights. Part IV establishes the cases in which usufructuary rights are granted; Part V relates to the supply of wood and finally Part VI deals with the competent authorities and procedural provisions. At the end land registration, financial measures and penalties are dealt with. The Act consists of 55 articles divided into 8 Parts.
