Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down implementing measures for the Salzburg Fishery Act 2002 (LGBl. No. 81). Article 1 lists size and seasons for indigenous fish species. The text consists of 7 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Aquatic animals, close season, minimum size (1); Admission of exotic aquatic animals (2); Entry into force (3).
