The present Law enters into force on 1 March 1968.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the keeping and breeding of bees in Salzburg. Apiculture is a part of agriculture and everybody is allowed to practice it. The text - consisting of 13 articles – deals with the following matters: general provisions, definition of terms, migration of bees, catching of beehives, transportation of bees and transitional provisions.
