Abstract

This Order of the Minister of Health, made pursuant to section 7A of the Food and Drugs Act 1967, declares it to be unlawful to sell turkey tails and turkey tail products in Samoa. Any breach of this Order constitutes an offence under the Food and Drugs Act 1967.
