Abstract

The Regulations provide rules relative to the sale and storage of frozen or chilled food. Frozen food shall be offered for sale only in a freezer (Re. 3). No person shall sell fozen food which has been defrosted and subsequently refrozen of chilled or which is partly or completely defrosted (Reg. 4). Regulations 5 and 6 specify requirements with respect to the storage of food offered for sale. Frozen food offered for sale shall bear a label indicating the date of production and the name and the address of the producer (Reg. 7). (8 Regulations).
