Abstract

This Act requires a licence to be obtained for the sale of food. This requirement shall not apply to shall not apply to the sale of the produce of land by the owner or occupier of the land or by any person employed by him or her. The Act also prescribes precautions to be taken during the serving of food, provides for inspections and defines regulation-making powers of the Administrator for purposes of this Act.
