Abstract

This chapter of the Maine Revised Statutes concerns sale of consumer products affecting the environment. More specifically, it provides aerosol spray; chemical septic tank cleaners; foam products; lead-acid batteries; plastic bags, and recycling; motor vehicle air conditioning; wheel weights; ozone-depleting products; restrictions on sale and distribution of brominated flame retardants residential upholstered furniture; and electronic waste.
