Abstract

This Instruction shall be applicable to all enterprises producing vegetable oils by compaction and extraction methods. It contains basic safety and sanitary requirements compulsory for all enterprises and staff. Oil meal destined for storage shall be granulated. In case of bin storage ungranulated oil meal can be stored in quantity corresponding to three-day projected output of the enterprise. Storage temperature of oilseeds and oil meal shall be continuously checked. Oily raw material and oil meal destined for storage shall be conditioned in accordance with technical requirements.
