Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to fisheries in surface waters with the exception of artificial plants or other closed private waters in which fish are not ownerless. The text consists of 59 articles divided into 12 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing rights (II); Fishing practice rights (III); Fishing districts (IV); Fishing lease (V); Fishing permit (VI); Fishing licence (VII); Protection of fisheries and protection of fish stocks (VIII); Fishing authorities, fishing advisory board and fishing adviser (IX); Compensation (X); Penalties (XI); Transitional and final provisions (XII).
