Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste, and in particular those provisions concerning waste water, as well as Annex 33, Part A, of the Waste Water Ordinance in its version of 15 October 2002 (BGBl. I p. 4047, 4550). The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Sphere of application (2); Calculations (3); Additional parameters (4); Requirements for measuring and monitoring (5); Duty to report, information of the public (6); Existing waste water discharge facilities (7); Penalties (8).
