The text, consisting of 15 articles, deals with the following aspects: tasks of land use planning, land use planning authorities, land development plan, drawing up of the land development plan ; environmental assessment, conservation of plan; special proceedings ; safeguard and implementation of of land use plan , compensation and transitional and final provisions.
