Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment. The text, consisting of 15 articles, deals with the following aspects: tasks of land use planning, land use planning authorities, land development plan, drawing up of the land development plan ; environmental assessment, conservation of plan; special proceedings ; safeguard and implementation of of land use plan , compensation and transitional and final provisions.
