Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Regulation (EC) No. 761/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council allowing voluntary participation by organizations in a Community eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS) of 19 March 2001. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to charges for the abstraction of water. Article 1 fixes the charges for extraction, transport, delivery and removal of water from groundwater; furthermore, article 2 establishes the fees for extraction and removal of water from surface water. The text consists of 11 articles.
