The present Regulations enter into force on 1 August 2000.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Land Consolidation Act in its version of 16 March 1976. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to land use planning and rural land re-organization in the Free State of Saxony. The text consists of 12 articles as follows: General provisions (1); Decision of the Plan (2); Plan documents (3); Drafting of the Plan (4); Convocation date (5); Verification of Plan (6); Planning permission (7);Omission of verification of Plan (8); Legal effect and legal remedy (9); Amendments, repeal of the Plan (10); Procedure withou Plan (11); Final provisions (12).
