They amend certain provisions of the Rural Land (Farm Sizes) Regulations, 1999. The Regulations divide Zimbabwe into five Natural Regions on the basis of the volume of rainfall. The Regulations restrict the size of farms owned by persons, depending on the particular Natural Region where the farm is situated.
